Instructions:
1)
Fill out your e-mail address.
This is important. If you do not fill this out correctly or if you mistype your e-mail address then the person will not be able to contact you after they receive your message. Your e-mail address must be a valid e-mail address in the standard format: user@domain.xxx
2)
Fill out the subject.
Make sure your subject is very clear about what your message is about. Subjects that are too general could possibly be thrown out with spam.

Enter the message you wish to send.
4)
Click on the "Send" button.
If your message was sent successfully you should receive a message stating so and a link to go back to the Texarkana Arkansas Police Department web site. Otherwise you will receive an error stating why the message was unable to be sent.
